I think this is the first time we get to see the "real" Michelle... not a projection in Jack's mind. I never planned on her opening up and talking to Jack as she does here, but it just seemed right for her character. Because IF this scene were to actually happen, it would probably happen as it's shown here... but realistically, I think there's no way you'd ever suddenly be alone with the girl you've been adoring from afar in an elevator.
